ANTI-STRESS FERTILIZER CONTAINING 43% NITROGEN WITH SLOW-RELEASE AND CONTROLLED-RELEASE PROPERTIES
SLOW K, a mineral NPK compound fertilizer with a grade of 13.5.20 + 2MgO, is an anti-stress fertilizer designed to overcome critical periods such as summer and winter, promoting root growth and strengthening while maintaining a controlled-release phase for the vegetative part. It contains nitrogen in both slow-release (27% Nutralene) and
controlled-release (16% SCU/PCU) forms, allowing it to be used on any type of soil, from loose and sandy to heavy, compact, and clay-rich soils. The release of the protected nitrogen is therefore partly controlled by microbial activity and partly by water and temperatures. The potassium is entirely sulfate-derived, with an acidifying effect. The ratio of the elements (N:P:K 2.5:1:4) is designed to overcome hot/dry and cold/frost conditions. It provides turgor and strengthens the cell walls of the grass. Practical advice for use
SLOW K can be used as an anti-stress fertilizer during both the summer and autumn/winter periods and performs perfectly on both ornamental lawns (gardens) and sports lawns (football pitches or golf courses). Its duration, depending on the development of soil and climatic conditions, is usually between 6 and 10 weeks. It is best to spread SLOW K on a dry and mown lawn and then immediately follow with light irrigation.
